Humus with avocado

Hummus z awokado​

15 minutes

Ingredients for 10 portions
(eat one portion):

10 spoons of cooked chickpeas (200 g)
10 teaspoons of tahini (60 g)
0.3 avocado (40 g)
0.5 teaspoon of cumin (2 g)
1 clove of garlic (5 g)
2 teaspoons of parsley (12 g)
1 spoon of sesame oil (6 ml)
1 spoon of lime juice (6 ml)
5 pinches of black pepper (5 g)
3 pinches of salt (3 g)
4 doses of BiotiC PRO (20 g)

Preparation:

  1. Leave chickpeas to soak (it is best if you leave it a day before)
  2. Put drained chickpeas to a blender. Add a few spoons of marinade or water in which you cooked chickpeas. Blend all the ingredients into smooth cream
  3. In the meantime, gradually add other ingredients: lemon juice, garlic, tahini, 2 pinches of salt, a pinch of pepper, avocado, parsley, sesame oil or olive oil and cumin
  4. While blending, gradually add marinade until you obtain proper consistency of the cream
  5. Once it is cooled, add BiotiC PRO
