Pumpkin tartar

Ingredients:

0.5 portion of pumpkin (100 g)
0.5 spring onion (50 g)
1 gherkin (50 g)
1 spoon of black olives (15 g)
1 slice of lemon (10 g)
2 teaspoons of parsley (12 g)
0.5 spoon of rapeseed oil (5 ml)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Cut pumpkin, season it slightly with salt, add ½ spoon of oil
  2. Roast pumpkin for about 30 minutes in 180 degrees
  3. Dice the cooled pumpkin finely
  4. Dice olives and gherkin, chop parsley
  5. Mix the vegetables with salt, lemon juice, BiotiC PRO and remaining oil
  6. Form a portion of tartar on a plate with a ring
