Banana pudding with chia,
peanut butter and raspberries

Bananowy pudding chia z masłem orzechowym i malinami​

Time:
10 minutes

Ingredients:

0.5 glass of bio natural rice milk (125 ml)
3 teaspoons of chia seeds (15 g)
1 banana (120 g)
0.5 handful of raspberries (30 g)
1 spoon of almonds (15 g)
1 teaspoon of peanut butter (15 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Pour milk over the seeds and put it in a fridge for a night
  2. On the next day blend banana with peanut butter, add chia seeds and BiotiC PRO
  3. Chop almonds and add them together with raspberries to the pudding
