Chocolate millet pudding
with banana

Czekoladowy budyń jaglany z bananem BiotiC PRO​

Ingredients:

0.5 lactose-free UHT milk 1.5% (125 ml)
Half a banana (60 g)
3 spoons of millet cereals (30 g)
1 spoon of hazel nuts (15 g)
0.4 spoon of honey (18 g)
0.5 teaspoon of peanut butter (7.5 g)
1 spoon of cocoa (powder 11 %) (10 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Pour milk over the cereals (75 ml). Cook for about 5 minutes until the whole liquid is absorbed. Put the cooked cereals into a blender, add honey, banana, cocoa and peanut butter.
  2. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth mixture, gradually add the remaining milk until you obtain the desired consistency.
  3. Once it gets cold, add BiotiC PRO and blend again.
  4. Put the pudding into bowls, decorate it with roasted hazel nuts.
