Fruit pancakes
with banana cottage cheese

Owocowe naleśniki z bananowym serkiem​

20 minutes

Ingredients:

0.75 glass of milk 2% fat (187 ml)
0.5 spoon of natural yoghurt 2% fat (10 g)
0.1 packaging of skimmed cottage cheese (25 g)
2 spoons of wholegrain wheat flour, type 2000 (30 g)
2 spoons of wheat flour, type 500 (24 g)
1 handful of strawberries
Half a banana (60 g)
0.5 handful of raspberries (30 g)
Half an egg (28 g)
0.25 spoon of rapeseed oil (3 ml)
0.5 teaspoon of coconut sugar (2.5 g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (4 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Mix both types of flour, coconut sugar, egg and milk
  2. Fry pancakes on oil
  3. Mix cottage cheese with banana, yoghurt, BiotiC PRO and vanilla sugar
  4. Spread cream on cooled pancakes, wrap them, add sliced fruits
