Amaranth flakes
with yoghurt,
banana and raisins

10 minutes

Ingredients:

10 spoons of natural yoghurt (200 g)
5 spoons of amaranth flakes (50 g)
1 banana (120 g)
1 spoon of raisins (15 g)
2 spoons of pumpkin seeds (20 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Cook amaranth flakes and mix them with yoghurt, leave to cool
  2. Add banana, raisins and pumpkin seeds
  3. Mix it with BiotiC PRO
