Devilled egg with avocado

Jajka faszerowane awokado​

15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 chicken eggs (132 g)
0.3 avocado (47 g)
0.7 teaspoon of home-made mayonnaise with rapeseed oil (7 g)
0.7 spoon of lemon juice (4 ml)
2 fresh leave of basil (2 g)
1 teaspoon of chives (5 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Hard boil eggs, pour cold water over them, peel and leave them to cool
  2. Cut out 1/3 of the egg, make an angular cut on the top. Chop the part of the egg you cut out. The remaining part will be stuffed later on (you can cut off the bottom of the egg so that it doesn’t fall on the side).
  3. Press garlic and season it with salt. Cut avocado into halves, remove the stone and dice it.
  4. Add BiotiC PRO
  5. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix it with garlic, chopped eggs, chives and mayonnaise
  6. Put as much stuffing as possible into cut out parts of the eggs
  7. Place the eggs on a plate. Decorate them with chives and mayonnaise.
