Cold soup with cucumber
and courgette

Chłodnik z ogórkiem i cukinią​

Time:
15 minutes

Ingredients:

10 spoons of natural yoghurt 1.5% fat (200 g)
0.1 packaging of goat cheese (17 g)
2 cucumbers (80 g)
0.3 avocado (47 g)
0.15 courgette (50 g)
1 clove of garlic (15 g)
0.6 spoon of dill (5 g)
0.6 spoon of walnuts (10 g)
0.6 spoon of olive oil (7 ml)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Blend washed cucumbers, avocado and courgette
  2. Add pressed garlic to the blended vegetables
  3. Season with salt and leave it for 5-10 minutes, then drain it from water
  4. Mix it with yoghurt, dill and season with pepper
  5. Add BiotiC PRO, walnuts and crumbled cheese, sprinkle with oil
