Light salad with corn,
paprika and chia seeds

Lekka sałatka z nasionami chia

Time:
10 minutes

Ingredients:

0.3 red paprika (50 g)
0.4 tomato (50 g)
10 lettuce leaves (50 g)
3.5 spoons of tinned corn (50 g)
2 teaspoons of chia seeds (10 g)
1 spoon of olive oil (10 ml)
2 pinches of pepper (2 g)
1 pinch of Himalayan salt (1 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Cut the vegetables
  2. Grind chia seeds
  3. Mix all the ingredients with olive oil (oil mixed with BiotiC PRO) and season to taste
