Roasted salmon
with red pesto

Pieczony łosoś w czerwonym pesto​

Time:
15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 portion of fresh salmon (100 g)
1 leek (140 g)
1 spoon of tomato pesto (20 g)
0.5 spoon of rapeseed oil (5 ml)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Put fish on aluminium foil, pour oil, put the sliced leek (only the white part). Season as you like.
  2. Roast for 20 minutes in 200 degrees
  3. Put the roasted fish on a plate, put red pesto mixed with BiotiC PRO over the salmon
