Exquisite tart

Tarta wytrawna

Time:
20 minutes

Ingredients for 6 portions
(eat one portion):

20 spoons of spelt flour (300 g)
1 glass of natural yoghurt 2% fat (250 g)
4 spoons of cream 12% fat (80 g)
3 chicken eggs (204 g)
3 leeks (420 g)
1 avocado (140 g)
2 spoons of sunflower seeds (20 g)
4 spoons of rapeseed oil (40 ml)
2 pinches of salt (3 g)
2 doses of BiotiC PRO (10 g)

Preparation:

Pastry:

  1. Mix flour, 4 spoons of oil and salt. Slowly add water and make pastry which should be thick, flexible but not sticky
  2. Put baking paper into a tart form or grease it with fat
  3. Put the pastry into the form, leave high edges

Stuffing:

  1. Chop leeks into small pieces (use only the white part). Fry them on 1 spoon of oil. Cut avocado into strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Stir eggs with yoghurt. Season to taste

Tart:

  1. Put leeks on the pastry and pour egg-yoghurt sauce over them. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds
  2. Bake in an oven heated up to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  3. Serve with sour cream mixed with BiotiC PRO
