with banana
and peanut butter

Ingredients:

10 spoons of natural yoghurt 2% fat (200 g)
4 spoons of oat flakes
1 banana (120 g)
1 teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter (15 g)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (5 g)
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (5 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Stir oat flakes with yoghurt and peanut butter. Leave them to soak
  2. Put the flakes into a bowl, add sliced fruits, season with cinnamon mixed with BiotiC PRO
