Banana and cottage cheese dessert

Bananowy deser twarogowy​

Time:
15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 banana (120 g)
1 spoon of natural yoghurt 2% fat (20 g)
0.25 packaging of semi-skimmed cottage cheese (50 g)
2 spoons of oat flakes (20 g)
2 gluten-free biscuits (14 g)
4 teaspoons of xyliol (28 g)
1 dose of BiotiC PRO (5 g)

Preparation:

  1. Put oat flakes mixed with crumbled biscuits at the bottom of a glass
  2. Smash cottage cheese with a fork, add yoghurt, BiotiC PRO and xylitol, stir everything
  3. Cover oat flakes with cheese mixture
  4. Smash banana with the fork and put it as a top layer
